3. Improving educational standards for all through a wide range of learning opportunities and experiences.

4. Supporting youth programmes which develop skills and confidence, engaging young people as active citizens and decision makers.

5. Support and encourage residents to participate in programmes to develop a strong skill base that supports local economy.

6. Implementation of the Community Empowerment Strategy to enable local residents to articulate their needs and aspirations confidently
