Futures House is a fully equipped community hub which offers high quality community services and facilities through partnership working with the PCT, the Police and Luton Borough Council creating fully integrated and flexible community, health and social care services for the whole of the local community .   The building also houses an Enterprise Centre - 18,000sq ft of office, studio and workshop space of various sizes and the provision of related business support services including:

A public meeting venue

A community hall

Futures House is also home to a new children's play park managed by Active Luton
